Herb Fisher began selling Commercial Real Estate 50 years ago.
In 1980, Herb started developing office buildings in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area and in 1985, he began developing shopping centers and Factory Outlet Centers in Florida, New Hampshire, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, completing approximately 3,900,000 sq. ft.
Early in his career, he purchased 309 pads Mobile Home Park in Daytona Beach, Florida. That started his desire to own and manage Mobile Home Parks. To date, Herb has purchases, owned, and managed over 1000 Mobile Home pads.
Herb Fisher, Scott Rhoades, and David Nguyen have invested, managed, and work together for approximately seven years. Their working relationship is strong, they are committed, and make every effort to make unity a top priority in their business. Per Herb, “We accept that each one of us has different talents, and together, we make a solid team.”
Scott Armstrong Rhoades is an Associate Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and Maryland brining over 24 years experience to Elite Realty Advisors. Scott is a candidate for the CCIM designation.
Mr. Rhoades actively manages and redevelops property throughout central Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is overseen in excess of $10m of personal redevelopment projects.
His current projects included the redevelopment/repositioning of a 90,000 square foot mixed use facility in Lancaster County. Additional with is partners at Elite Realty Advisors, they are overseeing 14 Mobile Home Parks in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The partners are actively expanding several of the parks to add an additional 1000+ home lots.
With his diverse background, Scott’s been retained by several prominent companies in Pennsylvania to manage theirs and client portfolio’s including Fulton Bank, The Horst Group, Appel & Yost Attorney at Law and Liberty Place Unit Owners Association.
He has represented local as well as major national and international companies including: Rita’s Italian Water Ice, Papa John’s Pizza, Blockbuster Video, Hollywood Video, Tasty Kake Bakeries, Legg Mason, The Jay Group, HealthGuard, Fulton Bank, Drovers Bank, Atomic Design, County of Lancaster, Exide Corporation and Hershey Medical Center.
David Nguyen is a Real Estate Agent licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland with over 15 years of experience.
David’s specialty is helping the Vietnamese community buy and sell real estate properties such as residential, investment, mixed-use and commercial. He enjoys meeting new people and sharing his knowledge about real estate investment.
In 2014 David Nguyen, Herb Fisher and Scott Rhoades established Elite Realty Advisors. With over 89 years of their combined experience in residential and commercial properties, they have invested and managed many commercial properties. They are currently managing 14 Mobile Home Parks with a total of over 1000+ pads in Pennsylvania and Maryland. In addition, they also manage Boyer Motor Company, a used automobile dealership, in Ephrata, Pa; and Custom Woodworking Cabinetry & Design in Honey Brook, Pa.
