In 1970, one of our managing members, Herb Fisher, purchased a mobile home park over 200+ units in Florida. 

In 2014, Elite Realty Advisors was founded and formed in 2017 a Limited Liability Company with the focus of advising affiliated companies in the acquisition, management, and reposition of mobile home parks, operating businesses, and distressed commercial/industrial projects. Elite Realty Advisors, LLC represents a number of affiliated, privately held investment and operating companies to focus on the acquisition, management, and reposition of mobile home communities, operating businesses, and distressed commercial/industrial projects. On behalf of these companies, Elite Realty Advisors, LLC manages over $55 Million of capital invested in real estate and operating businesses. Elite Realty Advisors, LLC analyzes many investment opportunities annually to fuel the selective capital allocation goals for each of the affiliated companies.
